📅 Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

In the same condition as received (unused, uninstalled, and free of damage).

In the original packaging with all included parts, manuals, and accessories.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by us.

If the return is for any other reason (such as change of mind or incorrect order placed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

⚠️ Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or special-order products.

Items marked Final Sale.

Gift cards.

🔄 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

The fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away with:

Photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

❌ Incorrect Address or Refused Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or refused deliveries may be subject to additional shipping charges.
